A blown intercooler boot can LITERALLY ruin your day at the track or headed to the lake with your boat in tow. Sometimes, just having a set of solid nomex or silicon hoses simply aren't enough, because they still find a way to walk off of the pipe or turbo. You can correct this issue with BD's new Boot Lock Kit! The kit includes aluminum and steel threaded stand-offs to weld onto turbo, intercooler, and pipes (no welding required on some BD and BorgWarner turbos) and brackets to secure the pipes and hoses in place. The swivel design features 15 degrees of articulation to compensate for differences in pipe sizes and quick disconnect allows for ease of changing intake components. The turnbuckle has 1.5" of travel that provides ease of adjustment and will accommodate boots up to 5" in length.
