Bacharachs Leakator Jr (P/N 0019-7075) is an economical, compact, and easy to use combustible gas leak detector which enables HVAC professionals to quickly detect leaks and pinpoint their sources. Whether a technician is hunting leaks around residential furnaces, commercial boilers, or other gas equipment like valves and regulators, the Leakator Jr is an affordable and effective tool. The frequency of both a ticking sound and flashing LED provide indicate the level of these gases at the tip of the flexible 12 probe. The high sensitivity setting is ideal for detecting combustible gases in the general areaa sign of a combustible gas leak from nearby combustion equipment or associated pipes. Once a leak is detected, its source can easily be identified by switching the Leakator Jr. to the low sensitivity setting and sweeping the area. The Leakator Jr is UL 913 Classified for Class I, Div. 1 groups A, B, C & D hazardous locations.
